Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at 40PlusHealth.in operated by JJ Enterprise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this page explains when you can return a product and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged in transit or defective on arrival.
  • Wrong product or size delivered compared to your order.
  • Missing parts or major manufacturing defects reported immediately.

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp / email / call with order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals and outer box intact.

Returns may be rejected if the product is used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging.

2. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, except if damaged/defective on arrival:

  • Adult diapers and other incontinence products
  • Supports and braces (wrist, knee, palm, belts) once worn
  • Silicone foot pads, socks and other direct‑skin products after opening
  • Massagers, humidifiers and personal‑care devices that show signs of use
  • Any item marked as “Non‑Returnable” on the product page

Please check size and product details carefully before ordering these items.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support within 2 days of delivery with photos/video and a brief description of the issue.
  • After initial review, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for return.
  • Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner; in some pin codes, we may request you to ship it back to us and share the receipt.
  • Once the product reaches us, it is inspected. Approval or rejection of the return is based on the condition of the product and packaging.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • For online payments (card/UPI/net banking/wallet via Razorpay), the refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refund initiation usually happens within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the product. Your bank / card issuer may take additional 3–7 working days to reflect the amount.
  • If the order had shipping charges, these may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

If you cancel the order before dispatch, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Deductions and Rejections

We may deduct certain charges or refuse a refund in these cases:

  • Package returned due to wrong/incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts failed, or refusal to accept delivery.
  • Product returned used, damaged, without original box/accessories, or with strong odour/visible wear.
  • Repeated return requests or suspected misuse of the Refund and Returns Policy.

In such situations, we may deduct forward and return shipping charges or send the product back to you.
