1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India only. Serviceability depends on your PIN code and courier partner availability. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check delivery options. Some remote areas may have limited service or additional charges.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with order ID immediately after placing the order.

3. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier workload, location, and external factors:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-7 working days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-10 working days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-15 working days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and value.
  • Free Shipping available on orders above ₹999 (terms may change).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) available in select areas with additional convenience fee.

5. Courier Partners
We partner with trusted courier services including:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post (select areas)

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email within 24 hours.
  • Track your order anytime using the provided tracking ID on the courier’s website/app.

7. Delivery Process

  • Inspect at delivery: Check the package for damage before accepting. Report issues immediately to the delivery person.
  • COD Orders: Keep exact cash ready. Change cannot be provided.
  • Multiple packages: Items may ship separately; track each shipment individually.

8. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after 3 attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to us. We may deduct forward + return shipping charges from any refund or reshipment. Please update your address before reorder.

9. Factors Affecting Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Festivals, public holidays, strikes
  • Weather conditions, roadblocks
  • Courier partner constraints
  • High order volumes

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist with tracking.

10. International Shipping
Currently not available. We ship within India only.
