1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
- You can request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp/email/phone with your order ID.
- If approved, full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Cancellation requests after dispatch cannot be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for:
- Wrong product/size delivered
- Damaged/defective product on arrival
- Non-delivery (package lost by courier)
3. Refund Process
- Raise request within 2 days of delivery with order ID and clear photos/video of issue.
- We will review and approve/reject within 24–48 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons, no refunds for opened/used:
- Adult diapers/incontinence products
- Supports, braces, belts (wrist, knee, etc.)
- Silicone foot pads/socks
- Massagers showing use
- Personal care items touching skin
5. Shipping Charge Deductions
- Free shipping orders: Shipping cost deducted from refund if return not due to our error.
- COD orders: COD fee + return shipping deducted.
- Wrong address/refusal: Full shipping charges deducted.
6. Inspection Process
Returned items are inspected. Refunds rejected if:
- Product used, damaged, or without original packaging/tags
- Strong odour or visible wear
- Missing accessories/manuals
