Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • You can request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp/email/phone with your order ID.
  • If approved, full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch cannot be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for:

  • Wrong product/size delivered
  • Damaged/defective product on arrival
  • Non-delivery (package lost by courier)

3. Refund Process

  • Raise request within 2 days of delivery with order ID and clear photos/video of issue.
  • We will review and approve/reject within 24–48 hours.
  • For approved refunds:
    • Processed to original payment method (Razorpay card/UPI/wallet/net banking).
    • Initiated within 3–5 working days after inspection.
    • Bank reflection may take additional 3–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons, no refunds for opened/used:

  • Adult diapers/incontinence products
  • Supports, braces, belts (wrist, knee, etc.)
  • Silicone foot pads/socks
  • Massagers showing use
  • Personal care items touching skin

5. Shipping Charge Deductions

  • Free shipping orders: Shipping cost deducted from refund if return not due to our error.
  • COD orders: COD fee + return shipping deducted.
  • Wrong address/refusal: Full shipping charges deducted.

6. Inspection Process
Returned items are inspected. Refunds rejected if:

  • Product used, damaged, or without original packaging/tags
  • Strong odour or visible wear
  • Missing accessories/manuals
